SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to rheumatology, and can be used for comprehensive treatment of degenerative dystrophic diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Method includes local cryotherapy. Cryogenic effect is carried out with a roller made of porous titanium nickelide 30 to 50 mm in width, 15 to 35 mm in diameter, pre-submerged in a liquid nitrogen dewar for 20 to 30 seconds, along the dorsal and inner surface of the forearm with translational movements daily for 4 weeks until the temperature of +20÷22°C is reached. Against the background of cryotherapy, a chondroprotective, osteotropic biological agent produced from the collagen of the connective tissue of the Yakutian horse, containing high amounts of proline and calcium gluconate in a 1:9 ratio is administered in a daily dose of 1.2 g, 2 capsules 2 times per day for 90 days.

EFFECT: possibility of increasing the density of bone tissue through the systemic effect contributing to the remodelling processes of bone and cartilaginous tissue.
