FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of food additives from animal raw materials. Method for preparing the composition based on collagen from bone and connective tissue of a Yakut horse and calcium hydrophosphate from bone tissue of a Yakut horse involves grinding bone and connective tissue of a Yakut horse in the form of bones, cartilages, ligaments and tendons. Further, collagen and calcium hydrophosphate are simultaneously extracted from the grinding of bone and connective tissue of the Yakut horse by extraction with distilled water at temperature of 100 °C for 4 hours with constant stirring. First obtained sample is filtered through a cloth with separation of the extracted fat; the extraction process with distilled water is repeated three times for maximum extraction of the mineral complex. Obtained extracts are mixed, frozen and subjected to sublimation drying. Dry extraction cake is milled. Calcium content in the obtained composition is 31.0 ± 2.0 wt.%, phosphorus is 18.0 ± 2.0 wt.%.

EFFECT: invention enables combined use of bone and connective tissue of a Yakut horse and obtain a complex of biogenic calcium hydrophosphate and collagen enriched with proline, hydroxyproline, serine, lysine, aspartic and glutamic acids.
