FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: meat packing house has working modules with processing stations and departments. Modules are disposed in transport containers mounted on car saddle-type semi-trailer or trailers-vans. Modules are equipped with lifting and lowering platforms, which are connected one with the other through transition bridges, when meat packing house is in working state. Bridges are fixed with gates for defining bearing construction for one processing passage. Space between modules is isolated from outside with soft film carcass secured on bearing construction of processing passage and on module walls. Excessive air pressure is maintained in module and passage spaces. Type of working modules in meat packing house structure and modules relative arrangement in working state depend on kind of raw material, range of semifinished and ready dry "fast cook" food products. Such construction allows mobility of meat packing house to be improved, different processing cycles to be used in case of intensive and deep reprocessing of raw material in enterprises of series production of raw material or in case large reserves of raw material are available.
