SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely, to a method for preparing bio-compatible tissue for vitalisation and to an apparatus for implementation thereof. When implementing the method, a support passing along the longitudinal axis of the length thereof is inserted into the cavity defined by said tissue, and holes are made in the outer surface of said tissue, distributed over at least one of the components of said tissue, to a depth of at least part of the thickness of said tissue. Apparatus comprises conductive needles located on a mechanical holder, and a support passing along the longitudinal axis of the length thereof, configured to be inserted into a cavity and defined by tubular bio-compatible tissue. The conductive needles are directed towards the outer and/or inner surface of said support, configured to make holes distributed over at least one of the components of said tissue to a depth of at least part of the thickness of said tissue.

EFFECT: possibility of preparing tissue with possibility of unrestricted absorption of biological substances performing the function of regeneration by said tissue, as well as possibility of reproducible implementation of the method for ensuring high repeatability.
