SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication equipment and can be used in systems for communication of the very-low-frequency and ultra-low-frequency range with deep-submerged and remote objects. To realise the technical result, the communication system comprises a system for monitoring the operating frequencies and power of the generators in each of N converters, both for the converters in the central branch of the antenna web and for the converters of the additional five branches based on introduction of a fibre-optic cable included as an emitting line between N converters in the transmitting system of the VHF-UHF range, wherein the central current branch of the transmitting antenna comprises a system for controlling the transmitting VHF-UHF antenna, consisting of: an information unit controlled by five operating frequencies.

EFFECT: ensured monitoring of the operation of the converter assemblies and units and monitoring of the fact of emission by the antenna system.
