FIELD: equipment for exercising of sportsmen, preferably boxers.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has boxer's pad fixed on wall and suspension body made in the form of metal ball and fixed on lower end of flexible suspension. Flexible suspension is formed as chain consisting of two parts having adjustable length and connected with one another through hook. Bracket is mounted on wall above boxer pad, centrally thereof. Exerciser may be provided with set of suspension bodies having different weight.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of exercises by development of explosive force of blow using additional weighing down force creating strength of resistance to unbending of blow-delivering hand.
