FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to controlled aggregation of an electrical load or electrical power sources. A method for the formation of controlled aggregation is implemented, containing stages, at which, for hierarchical aggregated control of objects, in accordance with the set configuration, controlled aggregation is formed by electricity consumption parameters in a hierarchical order, while one of controlled objects included in controlled aggregation is assigned as a coordination node providing the formation of control commands for transmission to controlled objects lower in the hierarchy in a real time mode based on data on monitoring of adjustable parameters of a centralized electrical network and resources for control of subordinated controlled objects, namely amount and availability of the electrical load and power source, their adjustability.
EFFECT: high-effective continuous control of an electric-power mode by frequency and active power overflows in a power system.
