FIELD: material processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plasma torches for surfacing the inner surface with powder material. The plasma torch contains a cooled cathode node with channels for supplying plasma-forming gas, an insulator, an anode node with cooled plasma-forming gas, protective nozzle, which contains channels and cavities for feeding and uniform distribution of transporting and protective gases. The plasma-forming nozzle is replaceable in the form of a sleeve, hermetically mated to the body of the anode node with a flat end having an annular groove in contact with the coolant to remove heat. The second end of the sleeve has a conical chamfer with channels radially located on it for the directional supply of surfacing powder from the annular cavity to the plasma arc combustion area, and is coupled to the conical surface of the focusing nozzle, made in the form of a cap nut with internal and external threads. The internal thread ensures its installation on the anode housing, and the external thread ensures the connection of the focusing nozzle with a protective nozzle made in the form of a cap nut. Radial grooves with a depth greater than the thread height are made on the outer thread of the focusing nozzle, providing a connection of the protective gas distribution cavity with a conical cavity formed between the focusing and protective nozzles and having an annular bridge with radially placed grooves.

EFFECT: small-sized design of the plasma torch and its versatility due to the presence of replaceable nozzles in the plasma torch, which makes it possible to process surfaces in a limited space.
