FIELD: obtaining plasma.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to low-temperature plasma generators and can be used in designs of electric arc plasmatrons for plasma treatment of materials. Plasmatron consists of stationary part 2, including mounting base 3 with shank 4, and replaceable part – plasma head 1. Stationary part 2 comprises hose package 20 of cooling system and plasma-forming gas supply, consisting of three hoses 21, 22 and 23 with metal connectors 25, 26 and 27. Thin-walled metal tubes 16, 17 and 18 have different length and are made with grooves 24 for attachment of mating parts of metal connectors 25, 26 and 27. Dielectric insulating housing 9 is equipped with holder 29 for attachment of plasmatron to support of portal of plasma installation. Coupling nut 7 connects stationary part 2 with plasma head 1 and together with two centring pins 8 provides their attachment and coupling of three through channels with holes 31, brought to metal end face 5 of mounting base 3, with the corresponding three internal longitudinal channels in plasma head 1.

EFFECT: invention provides improvement of operational properties of the plasmatron due to arrangement of the hose package on the portal of the plasma installation and facilitation of installation works on connection of the plasmatron to the hose packages.
