The method includes determining the degree of accumulation of myeloid suppressor cells in the micro-environment of melanoma. If 2 degree accumulation thereof is detected, survival capacity from 5 to 7 months is predicted.

EFFECT: possibility of determining the survival period of patients after enucleation for initial choroid melanoma spread to the optic disc, in order to select the corresponding strategy for the postoperative management of patients.
