FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to orthopedics and neurosurgery. Essence of method lies in access to interspinous space, ablation of interspinous ligament, preservation of supraspinous ligament and installation of stabiliser. Monolateral access to interspinous space is performed. Paravertebral group of muscles of contralateral side is preserved intact. Stabiliser is introduced into interspinous space from the side.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to reduce trauma of surgery, preserve mobility of operated segment, provide optimal conditions for post-operative rehabilitation.
