FIELD: auxiliary pipeline devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to auxiliary pipeline devices and can be used in the process of their repair. The locking device for large diameter pipes includes an expansion ring formed between the upper and lower mounting plates. The expansion ring consists of annular segments. Each plate is connected to the expansion ring by hinged levers. An elastic sealing means is attached to the bottom plate. The inner surface of the elastic sealing means is adjacent to the surface of the blades fixed on the corresponding lower hinged arms.
EFFECT: prevention of deformation of the elastic sealing agent, leakage and formation of cracks under the action of liquid pressure.
