FIELD: food; chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food, fat and oil and chemical industries. The installation for supercritical processes contains the first pump, the first high-pressure apparatus, a separator and connecting pipelines, as well as measuring and shut-off valves, a condenser, the first and second heat exchangers, a collector and a source of carbon dioxide, which is connected through the first ball valve to the condenser, which is connected through the second ball valve to the first pump, which is connected through the third ball valve to the first heat exchanger, which is connected through the fourth and fifth ball valves to the first high-pressure apparatus, which is connected to the second heat exchanger through the sixth ball valve, which is connected to the separator through the first adjustable valve, which is connected to the collector through the seventh ball valve.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain functional highly porous materials: aerogels, as well as to introduce functional substances into porous matrices, extract valuable components from various raw materials using carbon dioxide.
