FIELD: essential oils industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the essential oil industry. Unit for vegetable raw material extraction includes vessel for storage of liquid CO2, communicated with first inlet of first evaporator, outlet of which is connected to container for collecting liquid CO2, wherein first outlet of liquid CO2 collection container is communicated with third heat exchanger inlet, and second outlet is with extractor upper part communicated with second evaporator, first output of which is connected to second inlet of first evaporator, second outlet is connected to carotenoid collection container, and the third outlet – with a separator, the first output of which is connected to the flavonoid collection vessel, the second outlet of the separator is connected to the modifier tank, which is connected to the input of the third heat exchanger connected to the lower part of the extractor by means of the pump.

EFFECT: invention enables sequential extraction of end products.
