FIELD: tyre industry. SUBSTANCE: shaper-vulcanizer uses a table with moulds secured on it; one of the moulds is a hinged one to provide for placement of the studded crude tyre in the lower part of the secured half-mould carrying the die for moulding of the tread pattern. The chucks of the feed and loading mechanism of crude studded tyres are made rotatable to provide orientation of some stud on the crude tread of the fed blank with the position of the mould die block corresponding to this stud on the tyre. A device used to transfer vertical projections of the mould blocks center to the chuck is mounted on the body of the vulcanization chamber. The chuck has also a retainer of its position after angular orientation. EFFECT: improved design. 4 dwg
