SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to electrical safety devices. One part of current of leakage through phase capacities relatively to a case on side of a supply network Co forms a signal for actuation of a protective shutdown device as soon as resistance is lower than a permissible level, and current of leakage through phase capacities relatively to the case on side of the supply network Co is higher than actuation setpoint, while another part of leakage current comes back to a power supply source through phase capacities relatively to the case on side of connecting load Cn, not affecting the operation of the protective shutdown device.
EFFECT: provision of electrical safety in electrical circuits with isolated neutral.
