FIELD: petroleum industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to advanced methods for recovery of heavy crude oil and/or bitumen. Method for recovery of oil using water vapour includes the injection of a vapour composition into an underground oil reservoir, wherein the vapour composition contains one or more simple amino ether compounds by the formula R-O-(CH2)3-NH2; the recovery of heavy crude oil, bitumen, or a combination thereof. Method for recovery of bitumen from bitumen-containing ore includes the recovery of bitumen-containing ore from an oil-bearing sandy stratum; grinding of the bitumen-containing ore; washing of the bitumen-containing ore with a warm or hot "water-additive" mixture; separation of bitumen from the bitumen-containing ore, wherein the warm or hot "water-additive" mixture contains water and one or more amino ether compounds by the formula R-O-(CH2)3-NH2. R is therein selected from the group consisting of n-butyl, n-pentyl, n-hexyl, n-heptyl, 2-ethylhexyl, n-octyl, n-nonyl, n-decyl, isodecyl, n-dodecyl, isododecyl, n-tridecyl, and isotridecyl.
EFFECT: increase in the amount of recovered oil per unit volume of water applied.
