SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. The invention is a method for increasing the productivity of Kalmyk cattle using a complex of immunogenetic and molecular genetic markers, which consists in the fact that at an early age the presence of productivity markers by immunogenetic and molecular genetic indicators is detected. If there are productivity markers in the animal genotype, animals are selected. In this case, the gene should have different variability of alleles (polymorphism), which are associated with an increase in the level of productivity of animals. Animals with antigens G2, E'3, R2 and alleles A4, A6, A10 in the genotype belong to the tall body type and at the age of 18 months the height at the withers is 125.1±0.12 cm, the height at the sacrum is 123.3±0.56 cm, and the live weight is 413.2±3.78 kg.
EFFECT: invention enables selection of cattle with TT and TG genotypes, carrying G2, E'3, R2 antigens, as well as A4, A6, A10 alleles, desirable for breeding.
