FIELD: hydraulic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic engineering and can be used to repair damage to concrete linings (local large-scale destruction and deformation seams) of channels of hydraulic reclamation systems and other hydraulic structures made with concrete and reinforced concrete linings and coatings. The method for repairing concrete channel linings includes the preparation of the defective area, namely, the removal of the destruction products of the concrete coating, the application of a binder with the formation of an adhesive layer, filling the defective area with building material and leveling it. To repair major damages on concrete channel linings, a pre-fabricated concrete-filled coating 4 is used, arranged in the form of a patch over the defective area and attached to the surface of the anti-filtration concrete or reinforced concrete lining 1. The prefabricated concrete-filled coating 4 is made in the form of a composite material, between two geotextile panels of which there is a layer of hardening cement-based material. The fastening of individual elements of geotextile panels is made by thermal bonding. To ensure the sealing of the connection of the prefabricated concrete-filled coating 4 with the concrete lining 1, an adhesive layer of polymer sealant is arranged, and the fastening of the prefabricated concrete-filled coating 4 to the surface of the concrete or reinforced concrete lining 1 is carried out using anchors 10. To exclude sagging of the patch from the prefabricated coating 4, a flat geogrid is laid on the surface of the concrete lining 1. The advantage of the claimed invention is the possibility of repairing large (local) destruction of concrete and reinforced concrete channel linings, ease of work, no need to deliver and replace individual schemes of concrete slabs.
EFFECT: waterproofness of the anti-filtration coating is ensured, reliability is increased and the formation of underground voids is prevented by eliminating the negative effects of water.
