FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic engineering construction and can be used in repairing various damages of concrete lining for long-term working channels of irrigation and drainage systems. Method of repair and sealing of damages includes filling the defective area of large damages with a width bdam≥0.05 m with gravel-crushed stone material 4, fixing its surface with liquid waterproof composition 5 based on liquid polyethylene and bentonite, and for sealing small damages 6 with a width bdam≤0.05 m – pressure injection of the polybentonite composition through tubular injectors 7 installed in damages. At the same time, the liquid polybentonite composition used to seal small damages 6 is made in the following ratio of components, mass. %: liquid polyethylene 60, bentonite 30, antifriction additives 10.
EFFECT: advantage of the claimed invention is the possibility of repairing and sealing various damages of concrete channel liners, regardless of their dimensions, improving reliability, efficiency and prolongation of service life of concrete cladding, liquidation of filtration zones on anti-filtration coatings and reduction of their roughness.
