FIELD: filtering fluid media.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for filtering fluid media. The filter unit (10) contains a filter component (20) having a pre-filter chamber divided along the perimeter into sectors, a filter medium and a post-filter chamber, a separator (30) located coaxially with the filter component and having separate distribution columns (32), a cover (40) and a rotary backwash distributor (70) having an obturator (72) provided with an outlet. The rotary backwash distributor (70) is rotatably mounted so that said outlet is periodically and selectively brought into communication with each distribution column (32), whereby each distribution column (32) periodically and selectively establishes communication between the outlet and corresponding one of the sectors. The filter unit further comprises a separation plate (60) located between the cover (40) and the rotary backwash distributor (70), wherein the separation plate (60) is detachably attached to the cover (40) and has windows opening into the distribution columns (32). The obturator (72) abuts against the spacer plate (60) at least around the outlet.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of using the filter unit.
