SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of pharmaceutics; it can be used for the production of a biopharmaceutical drug. A method for incubation of a mixture of at least two liquids includes mixing of the specified at least two liquids to obtain a mixture, and passage of the specified mixture through a compacted layer of non-porous balls, thereby incubating the specified mixture, wherein an average particle diameter of non-porous balls is in the range of 0.05-1 mm. At the same time, the specified method is intended for virus inactivation, the first of the specified at least two liquids is liquid potentially containing the virus, and the second liquid of the specified at least two liquids contains a virus-inactivating agent. A method for the production of a biopharmaceutical drug, a method for modification of a process of continuous flow virus inactivation, and the use of a device, which is a continuous flow reactor containing a compacted layer of non-porous balls with an average diameter in the range of 0.05-1 mm, for continuous virus inactivation are also proposed.
