SUBSTANCE: system and a method for producing cells, viruses or products isolated from cells or viruses are proposed. The system contains an isolated section with input and output means, wherein the isolated section includes a production module, a purification module hydraulically connected to the production module, and an inactivation module and/or a gas decontamination module, and a process control device. The method includes the growth of cells and/or viruses in a bioreactor and the purification of cells, viruses or products isolated from them, where after the production of the final product, the isolated section and modules undergo decontamination.
EFFECT: inventions provide for the prevention of contamination of the external environment by cultured cells or viruses.
