FIELD: extravehicular activity means.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates primarily to means of extravehicular activity on the surface of celestial bodies. The proposed hermetic connection device (HCD) contains a sealed cabin (1), a frame (2) with an interface (3), electric wheels (4), supports (6) with electric drives (7), length sensors (8) and plates (9) ground mounting with spherical joints (10). Supports (6) have cardans with rotation angle sensors and spring-loaded levers interacting with ground stop sensors (not shown). Interface (3) includes body (11) of docking unit, alignment sensors (12) and joint sealing mechanism (14), rubber seal (13), hooks (15), docking ring (16) with guides and other elements. An aiming device (19) is installed on the cab (1). After the initial rendezvous with the second HCD, the extension and fixation of the plates (9) on the ground, the supports (6) form a manipulator capable of moving the chassis in six degrees of freedom and thereby ensure the final docking of both HCD.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the hermetic connection between the HCD on the surface of celestial bodies.
