FIELD: gas technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas technology and can be used in gas supply systems for industrial and household consumers. In a volumetric gas meter containing a chamber divided by an elastic membrane with a central part in the form of a hard disk into the first and second cavities, a mechanical counting device, a bimetallic temperature corrector of meter readings, a slider of the cavity switch from the outlet to the inlet pipes of the meter, a switch seat, the two extreme windows of which are connected respectively to the first and second cavities, and the central one with the outlet pipe of the meter, the coupling levers of the membrane with the slider, the converter of the reciprocating motion of the slider into the rotational motion of the input shaft of the mechanical counting device, the meter calibration device, the temperature corrector is made in the form of 2 bimetallic plates rigidly attached with one end to the two sides of the diaphragm disk so that the other ends of the plates are oriented along the axis of the disk, the coupling levers of the diaphragm plate and slider are springy and movably connected to the slider through the extreme windows of the switch seat, ferromagnetic plates are attached to the ends of the slider in the course of its movement from both sides, interacting with permanent magnets mounted opposite each of them on the switch seat, with the possibility of adjusting the gap between the poles of the magnets and ferromagnetic plates by means of screws acting as a meter calibration device, and the converter of the reciprocating motion of the slider into the rotational motion of the input the shaft of the mechanical counting device is made in the form of a ratchet mechanism.
EFFECT: reduction in size and simplification of the kinematics of the volumetric gas meter mechanism, which ultimately reduces its cost and increases reliability.
