FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: gas flow rate measuring device includes a base with inlet and outlet connection pipes, on which a tight housing is mounted, inside which a flow sensor is installed. Flow sensor includes an air-to-electric switch and a jet self-oscillator, as well as an electronic unit with power supply and a counting device. Electronic unit includes a micro consuming AC voltage amplifier from a piezoelectric element of the air-to-electric switch with filtering chains and current stabilisation chain, as well as micro consuming microcontroller controlling the indication of the accumulated gas volume with periodic data storage to non-volatile memory. Besides, configuration of the jet self-oscillator is built as per the multicircuit system of closed chambers connected via channels with low pneumatic resistance.

EFFECT: improving measurement accuracy of accumulated gas volume; avoiding the distortion of measurement results of gas volumes during their operation; increasing sensitivity threshold.
