FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compensated volumetric gas meters. Meter comprises chamber (1) divided by elastic membrane (2) with central part in the form of rigid disk (3) into two cavities (4, 5), switch of cavities, including slider (6) with ratchet mechanism (15) and seat (9). Two extreme openings (10, 11) of seat (9) of the cavity switch from the outlet to the inlet branch pipes of the counter are connected to cavities (4, 5), and middle opening (12) is connected to the outlet branch pipe of the counter. Ferromagnetic plates (16, 17) interacting with permanent magnets (18, 19) are attached to the ends of switch slider (6). Gap between the poles of the magnets and the ferromagnetic plates is adjusted by means of screws (20, 21) serving as a device for calibrating the counter. Hard disk (3) incorporates a counter readings corrector made in the form of vertical container (22). Inside container (22) there is sealed corrugation (23), one end of which is attached to the upper part of container (22), and the other end is connected by means of leash (24) to plate (25) in the form of a right-angled triangle. Plate (25) is installed with possibility of movement along container (22) axis in guides (26) fixed on its outer surface. Plate (25) touches the surface of container (22) with one leg, and its acute angle adjacent to this leg is directed upwards. Corrugation (23) is filled with such amount of gas that at normal pressure and normal temperature of this gas the axis of membrane (2) passes through the middle of the leg adjacent to the plane of container (22). In cavity (4) spring lever (14) is installed, with one end movably connected through extreme window (10) of seat (9) of switch with slider (6), and the other end is in contact with the rib of plate (25) when membrane (2) is displaced towards it, as well as with container (22) by means of flexible cable (28).
EFFECT: increased reliability of the device, simplified adjustment for accuracy of readings during its manufacturing and repair.
