FIELD: electrical communication engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in wireless communication systems. Method comprises: receiving, by the terminal device, first scheduling information from a network access device, wherein the first scheduling information is used to schedule a terminal device for transmitting a first transport block using an unlicensed carrier; performance by the terminal device of speed matching with respect to the first transport block for obtaining uplink data; detection by an unlicensed carrier by the terminal device and determination based on the detection result of the initial time domain symbol used to send the uplink data from at least two time domain symbols included in the first subframe, wherein said at least two time domain symbols include a first time domain symbol and a second time domain symbol, wherein the second time domain symbol is later than the first time domain symbol, and the time domain initial symbol is a first time domain symbol or a second time domain symbol; and sending, by the terminal device, the uplink data to the network access device from the initial time domain symbol. Therefore, improves use of unlicensed spectrum for uplink data transmission.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of carrying capacity due to use of unlicensed spectrum for uplink data transmission.
