SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in wireless communication systems. For higher reliability of communication, the wireless communication method and the device are capable of performing suitable probing reference signal power control (SRS). Method includes, according to a first uplink signal, a first downlink signal, a first beam or a first beam pair corresponding to a SRS resource group, determination of target path loss for resource SRS of SRS resource group according to target path loss value determination of target transmission power for resource SRS of SRS resource group and according to target transmission power transfer of SRS to network device in resource SRS of SRS resource group.
EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability of communication.
