Method includes, according to a first uplink signal, a first downlink signal, a first beam or a first beam pair corresponding to a SRS resource group, determination of target path loss for resource SRS of SRS resource group according to target path loss value determination of target transmission power for resource SRS of SRS resource group and according to target transmission power transfer of SRS to network device in resource SRS of SRS resource group.

EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability of communication.
