SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for data transmission. The method contains stages in which: the first configuration information is sent to a terminal device via a network device, while the first configuration information contains the first carrier configuration information and the first time configuration information, the first carrier configuration information indicates at least one carrier configured via the network device via a unidirectional channel or a logical channel with the possibility of performing a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ), and the first time configuration information indicates the amount of packaging of the first transmission time units corresponding to each of at least one carrier, while the amount of packaging of the first transmission time units indicates the amount of transmission time units; and data corresponding to the unidirectional or logical channel is sent or received via the network device based on the first carrier configuration information and/or the first time configuration information; in this case, the sending or receiving of data corresponding to the unidirectional channel or logical channel contains a stage at which various backup versions of identical data are sent or received via the network device based on the first carrier configuration information and/or the first time configuration information.
