SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antibacterial compounds of the formula V, where values of R1-R18, R27, R28, X, Y, Z, q, p are specified in the claims, which are characterized by a wide range of bioactivity. Compounds act by inhibition of bacterial signal peptidase type 1 (SpsB), vital protein in bacteria. Pharmaceutical compositions and methods for the treatment, using such compounds, are also provided.
EFFECT: obtaining macrocyclic wide-range antibiotics.
