FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for closing an opening, such as a window or door with a composite frame and a hinged and rotary opening flap. Technical result is achieved by the fact that a device for closing an opening, such as a window or a door with a composite frame and a swing-open flap, comprises a closing part located on a vertical bar of the composite frame; a drive bar movable in its longitudinal direction on the flap, wherein the drive bar has a trunnion which grips the closing part from behind in the closed position and grips it from behind to form a hinge in the folded position; wherein trunnion centre in folded position with flap adjoining composite frame is located at distance (X) of 4-29 mm from composite frame fold top side and the drive rod and/or the trunnion in the folded position protrude down beyond the lower side of the sash fold.
EFFECT: creation of turn-and-tilt fittings, which allows free swinging of flap from stresses.
