SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of processing, preparation with subsequent compaction of business packaging cardboard. The equipment for the production of natural cellulose seamless insulation consists of a cylindrical housing (1) with a solid removable lid (2) fixed with a circular hoop lock (18), in the center of which a flanged electric motor (3) is installed on top. Moreover, windows (17) for feeding cardboard are located in the lower part of the housing. A nozzle (7) with a bar and cutting elements (8) is fixed on the shaft (6) of the flanged electric motor. Below the windows on the body there are holes for mounting to the frame. The equipment for calibration and ejection of natural cellulose seamless insulation consists of a cylindrical housing (4) inverted with the base up, from the bottom to which a flanged electric motor (9) is fixed in the center, on the shaft (10) of which a nozzle with an intermediate sleeve (27) is installed, along the edges of which disks (12) with self-balancing knives (11) are mounted, and a perforated drum (13) is installed along the circumference described by them, fixed with pins.

EFFECT: quality of the finished insulation based on cardboard waste is improved.
