FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device is intended for grinding SHORT cellulose semi-finished hardwood flooring, low-grade softwood timber, wood pulp, waste paper and annual plants, as well as for grinding semi-finished products of other nature fibers. Grinding machine for highly fibrillated SHORT cellulose fibers without shortening their original length, for the manufacture of paper domestic articles and paperboard, consisting of cone-shaped stationary stator, rotating the rotor and rollers in the annular gap therebetween, coated with highly porous composite material, in which the mass concentration during milling of 3.5-20% or more by friction and sliding zones between the rotor, the stator and the rollers and by the fibers in the rotor and stator surface run-rotating conical rollers.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of grinding.
