SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a smart platform for analytical processing of multi-format data. The platform contains a cloud-based central data storage made with the possibility of interaction with a local data processing center for transmission and reception of data by means of microservices, and including a module of an adaptation solution stack, made with the possibility of storage of algorithms for processing of multi-format data to create synthetic features and analyze the results of assessment of the probability of occurrence of a detected event related to real estate, as well as reception and transmission of algorithm data from and to the local data processing center to the module of the adaptive solution stack by means of a microservice; a database made with the possibility of storage of synthetic features used to assess the probability of occurrence of a detected event related to real estate, which are transmitted to a database of the local data processing center by means of the microservice; a module for prediction of the probability of occurrence of detected events, made with the possibility of storage of algorithms for assessment of the probability of occurrence of a detected event related to real estate, as well as reception and transmission of algorithm data from and to the local data processing center to a module for assessment of the probability of occurrence of a detected event by means of the microservice; a local data processing center located on a customer’s server and including a module of an adaptation solution stack, made with the possibility of storage of algorithms for processing of multi-format user data to create sets of synthetic features, using algorithms obtained by means of microservices, from the module of the adaptation solution stack of the cloud-based central storage or developed by users of the platform, as well as with the possibility of running algorithms for processing of multi-format user data to create sets of synthetic features and algorithms for analysis of the results of assessment of the probability of occurrence of a detected event related to real estate by means of microservices. At the same time, the module of the adaptive solution stack is made with the possibility, in the process of creation of the same synthetic feature for a specific object, of reception of data about this object from different sources and in different formats, of detection of this object in received data, including using object recognition in geo-referenced photographic images, and of formation of a single synthetic feature in a machine-readable format for this object from multi-format data obtained from different sources. The platform also includes a database made with the possibility of storage of synthetic features obtained from the module of the adaptation solution stack of the local data processing center by means of the microservice or obtained from the database of the cloud-based central storage by means of the microservice; a module for prediction of the probability of occurrence of detected events, made with the possibility of storage of algorithms for analysis of synthetic features obtained from the adaptation solution stack by means of the algorithm for assessment of the probability of the occurrence of a detected event related to real estate; a database made with the possibility of storage of the results of the module for prediction of the probability of occurrence of the detected event, for which boundary values of the results of assessment of the probability of occurrence of the detected event and necessary actions with real estate for these values are configured, wherein, if the value is reached, an action related to real estate is triggered.

EFFECT: increase in a speed of building of risk models and implementation of algorithms for assessment of the probability of occurrence of a detected event.
