FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: implanted lens device contains a diffraction surface defining an optical axis, wherein the diffraction surface has a relief structure passing concentrically on the surface and having a sequence of annular concentrical stages characterized by alternating heights. At the same time, the height of any stage with even numbers is less than the height of neighboring stages with odd numbers, while the innermost stage of the specified relief structure has the greatest height among all other stages. Moreover, each annular concentrical stage has a primary surface and a secondary surface. In addition, the secondary surface is steeper than the primary surface, wherein the specified sequence of annular concentrical stages is characterized by changeable values of the width of secondary surfaces so that any two stages do not have secondary surfaces of the same width.
EFFECT: use of this invention will allow for an increase in the vision quality.
