METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PREDICTIVE DIAGNOSTICS OF THE TECHNICAL CONDITION OF INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC G05B23/02 G05B17/00 G06F30/27 G06N3/08

Abstract RU 2779795 C1

FIELD: testing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of monitoring and diagnostics of industrial facilities and is intended for conducting diagnostics of the condition of industrial facilities and predicting the changes therein being able to make decisions on the date and amount of the required repairs. In accordance with the claim, a multilayer neural network is used as a diagnostic model, said network being trained on the basis of a data array synthesised using an analytical model of the industrial facility built so as to reflect the changes in the parameters controlled by a set of sensors at the industrial facility depending on the changes in the technical condition thereof during operation. The quantitative estimates of the technical condition of the industrial facility obtained therein and stored are used in a prediction model in order to determine further changes in the technical condition within a set time interval, being analysed by the decision-making unit in order to estimate the time remaining until the predicted condition of the industrial facility reaches the limit values and to make a decision on the date and amount of the required preventive work and repairs.

EFFECT: possibility of obtaining a quantitative estimate of the technical condition of an industrial facility, being able to predict said condition.
