FIELD: agricultural equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for operation of a user terminal of an agricultural machine and to an agricultural machine. The method for operation of user terminal (7) of the agricultural machine includes activation of the operation of user terminal (7); launch of software applications in user terminal (7); turning on a display of user terminal (7) and turning on control bus (6); control of functional elements (10a; 10b) in accordance with current control signals; turning off a mode of user’s operation control and turning on an operation waiting mode for user terminal (7), providing continuation of performance of one or all software applications in user terminal (7); turning off the display of user terminal (7); and turning off control bus (6); as well as repeated turning on the operation control mode for user terminal (7).
EFFECT: simplification of reactivation of additional functionality of a user terminal, deactivated in a waiting mode, prevention of data transmission from the user terminal to one of functional elements of an agricultural machine in the operation waiting mode.
