FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and can be used to create power sources for an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). A power management system for an unmanned aerial vehicle that supports a balancing mode that operates when the battery is charged, discharged, and at rest, characterized in that it contains a power source for on-board electronic equipment with redundancy, a switching subsystem of the main power circuit, a discrete emergency interrupt line for the flight controller and charger, which concurrently is a backup power supply line for an unmanned aerial vehicle, a redundant communication interface for communication with an unmanned aerial vehicle and a charger, a built-in low-power charger with a high range of DC input voltages, a visual and audio notification subsystem.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the UAV power supply system.
