SUBSTANCE: invention relates to battery charging circuits. Method includes a charging step, a discharging step, a pre-discharging step and a state reset step, at that, at the charging stage, the charging permission signal and the charging conditions fulfilment are checked, in case the charging conditions are met, the storage battery is charged, in case of failure to meet the charging conditions, checking for the presence of an error in the circuit and switching to the pre-charging stage in the absence of an error and to the state reset stage in the event of an error, wherein the state reset step makes it possible to automatically select the operating mode of the battery, return the monitoring and control circuit to the operating state and output a message on the occurrence of an error when a fault occurs, at that, at the discharging stage, the discharge permission signal and the discharge conditions fulfilment are checked, in case the discharge conditions are met, the storage battery is discharged, in case of discharging conditions failure presence of error in circuit is checked and switched to pre-discharge stage in case of no error and to state reset stage in case of error, at that, at the pre-charging stage, the pre-charging permission signal and the fulfilment of the charging conditions are checked and switched to the charging stage if the conditions are met, the presence of an error in the circuit is checked if the condition is not met and switched to the state reset stage in the event of an error, at that, at the pre-discharge stage, the pre-discharge enable signal and the discharge possibility conditions are checked, switching to the discharge stage if the conditions are met, checking for the presence of an error in the circuit in case the condition is not met and switching to the state reset stage in the event of an error, at that, at the state reset stage, the shutdown signal is checked, the charging, discharging, pre-charging and pre-discharging stages are interrupted and the fulfilment of the switching conditions between the stages is checked, if the conditions are met, the pre-charging stage or the pre-discharge stage are switched over; in case the conditions are not met, the presence of a short circuit in the circuit is checked; in case of a short circuit, the emergency opening of the circuit is switched on, an error message is output, and the state reset stage is restarted.
EFFECT: providing a system for monitoring and controlling the state of an accumulator battery with the possibility of automatic reset of the state of the device and returning the device to an operating state when the algorithm ends or conditions for continuing operation are not met.
