FIELD: physics, optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stereoscopy, particularly obtaining and recording spectral stereo images of objects. The input of the device is fitted with a two-aperture diaphragm which forms two light beams which exit the object at different angles. The input lens is directed towards input mutually orthogonally directed polarisers behind which an acoustooptical cell is placed. Owing to the selection of the angles of incidence of light on the lattice and the orientation of the latter relative to the crystal axis of the acoustooptical cell, selectively diffracted beams are propagated in parallel and non-diffracted beams are delayed by the output diaphragm.
EFFECT: providing identity of two stereoscopic channels, fewer acoustooptical cells and polarisers, providing mutual synchronisation of channels, reduced weight and dimensions, lower requirements for components of the device and easier manufacture and adjustment thereof.
