FIELD: chemical industry; pharmaceutical industry; methods and the devices used for production of the micronic and submicronic particles.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method and the device used for production of the micronic and submicronic particles of the chemical compounds at sedimentation of the flowable antidissolvent. The invention in particular may be used at production of microparticles of the proteins having the pharmaceutical designation. The technical result of the invention is production of the micronic and submicronic particles of the material by means of the GAS-method. The invention represents the device containing the reaction vessel (22) used for formation of the particles, and tools for injection of the supercritical liquid and the solution of the material in the reaction vessel (22) for formation of the particles. The indicated tools contain the nozzle (27) having the central hole (39), which is intended for withdrawal of the stream of the solution, and a set of the separate external holes (41), which are intended for withdrawal of the stream of the pure supercritical liquid (or the stream of the supercritical liquid mixed with the modifier) in such a manner, that the dissolvent is extracted from the solution by the supercritical liquid, and there is a sedimentation of the micronic and submicronic particles. The invention also represents the method realized by this device.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the micronic and submicronic particles of the chemical compounds including the microparticles of the proteins having the pharmaceutical designation.
