FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring technology, namely to a laboratory plunger pump. The laboratory plunger pump is based on reciprocating movement of the plunger inside the cylinder, the movement of the plunger is due to a servo drive that transmits torque to a gearbox connected to a ball-screw transmission that converts torque into reciprocating movement of the plunger, equipped with two valves with pneumatic control, the valves are controlled by a pneumatic distributor with electromagnetic control, the pressure sensor is installed after the pump cylinder. The position of the plunger is controlled by the number of revolutions of the servo, which are recorded by the encoder and the end caps mounted on the guides.
EFFECT: expansion of the arsenal of technical means, ensuring a reversible mode of operation.
