FIELD: pneumatic plunger pump units.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumatic plunger pump units. The unit contains coaxially located plunger pump 1, pneumatic cylinder 8 and pneumatic distributor 19. Pneumatic cylinder 8 consists of a housing 11 in the form of a sleeve with channels for supplying and discharging gas and a piston 12 installed in the sleeve, forming two working pneumatic cavities. The pneumatic distributor 19, which controls the operation of the pneumatic cylinder 8, is made in the form of a cylindrical plunger 20 with flat grooves, in which liners are installed in the form of cylinder sectors, in the cylindrical part of which channels-slots are made to communicate the control cavities of the pneumatic distributor 19. The plunger 20 with liners is located in the housing 23 with a system of holes with the possibility of automatically switching the gas supply alternately into the working cavities of the pneumatic cylinder 8. The piston 12 is mechanically connected to the plunger 7 of the pump 1. The working pneumatic cavity of the pneumatic cylinder 8 is in communication with the control cavity of the pneumatic distributor 19 through a hole in the rod 18 of the pneumatic cylinder 8. In the gas supply line a valve 15 is installed in the pneumatic cylinder 8, which regulates the volume flow of gas in the cavity of the pneumatic cylinder 8.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at reducing the overall dimensions, the number of sealing elements in the pneumatic valve, increasing reliability.
