FIELD: wooden buildings.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for joining profiled beams of wooden buildings. The method for connecting profiled beams with holes includes making additional holes next to the main holes. In all holes on one side of each profiled beam, a cylindrical groove is machined to fit the size of the bushings. As connecting elements, bolts and bushings inserted into the grooves of all holes, having an internal thread corresponding to the external thread of the bolt, are used. The bars are laid in a set sequentially, placing their edges in the main and additional holes with a shift relative to each other, so that each edge of the connecting element in the main hole is placed at the level of the middle part of the connecting element of the additional hole. The bolts are tightened sequentially, connecting each profiled beam with the previous one.
EFFECT: increasing the strength of the connection.
