FIELD: chemical processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the comprehensive processing of polycomponent hydromineral bromide raw materials. Commercial brines of the calcium and magnesium chloride type of petroleum and gas producing facilities are used as raw materials. The brine stream is alkalinised, mixed with an air stream to convert iron into the insoluble form with a valence of (+3), and degassed, removing the petroleum-enriched ascending part of the stream and removing the main petroleum-depleted descending part of the stream through the lower drain for mixing with an oxidiser. Flotation, separation on press filters, and control filtration are performed consecutively. The purified stream is supplied for the operation of lithium chloride extraction on the granular sorbent DGAL-Cl. The brine is supplied for the operation of chlorine gas ejection and bromide ion oxidation into elemental bromine. The elemental bromine is desorbed from the brine and absorbed by alkaline and carbonate absorbents, resulting in aqueous solutions of bromide salts. Magnesium, calcium, and strontium compounds are extracted.
EFFECT: proposed technology provides a possibility of changing the sequence of introducing bromine and lithium processing stages without changing the production indicators and leads to the expansion of raw material sources and the range of commercial products, as well as the possibility of producing without the need to rebuild the instrumentation.
