FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to a white light emitting diode, and can be used in the manufacture of LEDs in household and industrial devices. The effect is achieved due to the fact that the LED is made with an emission wavelength of 405 nm, the housing of which is made in the form of a "bullet" and provided with a coating of a transparent polymer based on polyurethane and ethyl acetate with finely dispersed fluorescent composite materials sprinkled onto it on based on carbon nitride and aluminum oxide g-C3N4/Al2O3, while the surface layer of a transparent polymer protects the emissive coating from mechanical damage.
EFFECT: invention reduces power consumption with high fluorescence composite material and improves device reliability.
