SUBSTANCE: method includes: receiving N parts of configuration information applied to different TRP reception and transmission points, wherein the configuration information includes a parameter for beam recovery after a failure, and N is an integer greater than 1, and if the beam failure event occurred on at least one of the TRPs, transmitting a beam failure recovery request based on the configuration information; if the beam failure event occurred on the first TRP, transmitting a beam failure recovery request based on the configuration information includes: transmitting a beam failure recovery request to the first TRP based on the first resource used to transmit the beam failure recovery request by the terminal apparatus as part of the configuration information corresponding to the first TRP; or transmitting a beam failure recovery request to the second TRP based on the first resource used to transmit a beam failure recovery request by the terminal apparatus as part of the configuration information corresponding to the second TRP and other than the first TRP, wherein the beam failure recovery request is transmitted by the second TRP to the first TRP.

EFFECT: ensured quick beam recovery after a failure for multiple multi-TRP reception and transmission points.
