Execution by the terminal comprises the following actions: performing beam failure detection on a plurality of transmit/receive points (TRP) of the terminal, if the terminal is configured with a plurality of TRP points; and triggering recovery of communication after beam failure based on random access, when among the plurality of TRPs, a first TRP at which a beam failure occurred is detected.
EFFECT: timely execution of communication recovery after beam failure (BFR) based on random access in scenario with multiple transmission/reception points (TRP).
