SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, namely to the bakery and confectionery industries. A dough kneading machine with an activator is proposed, which contains a housing that drives the drive shaft and a bowl having a lid in which a kneading organ and an activator mounted on the shaft are placed, made in the form of an agitator with cross blades and located in the opposite direction from the kneading organ, while the kneading organ paired with the activator first carry out mechanical activation of water or liquid components, after which, when adding bulk components, mixing of the components for kneading the dough is performed.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to expand the functionality of the dough kneading machine, and also provides an increase in the quality of dough kneading and productivity.
